Journal: Jeanette Sperry

1897 – I stayed up to Burton’s. In the afternoon I went down to the post office. Oscar (Alfred Oscar Lunt) was there and we walked across the street together. I went back up to Burton’s and in the evening Esther (Emily Esther Sperry) and I went to a choir dance in the new Meeting House. After the dance Father (Charles Henry Sperry) and I came out home.
