Journal: Jeanette Sperry

1947 (Monday) – Lillian (Lillian Lunt) left this morning about seven a.m. to spend the day with Earl’s (Earl Sperry Lunt) folks riding, they plan to visit Mirror Lake.

About noon, Bert’s (Charles Gilbert Lunt) family (Agnes Coalter Golightly; Patricia Jean, Mary Elizabeth, Robert Gordon and Judith Ann Lunt), all except Jean, who was working, came in for the day. Marybeth brought a friend with her. Had lunch and then Marybeth and her friend, Robert and Judy Ann went for a walk up to the Capitol. They were gone for two or three hours and we had a nice quiet visit. Lillian was home in time for dinner and so was a great help.

Sister Freeman came to see me.
