1895 (Friday) – Esther (Emily Esther Sperry) and I did the washing and prepared for the Thrasher’s. On Tuesday, they came at noon. Retta (Retta Sperry), Lillian (Lillian May Sperry) and I went up town. I took my music lesson and then we returned home. In the evening some of the Thrasher’s came in the house and we played and sang for them.
