1902 (Thursday) – In the afternoon Alfred (Alfred Oscar Lunt, Jr.) stayed with Emma Wood and I took Lillian (Lillian Lunt) to Relief Society with me. She was very good all afternoon. Sister Jarrett gave me a lovely blessing in tongues; she told me I should be able to raise my children in the fear of the Lord. This evening I started Alfred saying his prayers.
