1902 (Wednesday) – In the afternoon Mrs. Orme and her two little girls came down for a few minutes. Alfred (Alfred Oscar Lunt, Jr.) was very pleased to see them. Later Mother (Caroline Webb) and Della (Emma Della Sperry) came down. Mrs. Orme soon left but our folks stayed and had supper. Esther (Emily Esther Sperry) went home with them. She has just completed me a lovely black dress. The material was a Christmas present from Oscar’s (Alfred Oscar Lunt) mother (Priscilla Pitt) to me and she brought it from England. I stayed alone with the children (Alfred and Lillian Lunt).
