1904 (Saturday) – I have been at home all day it seems good to stay home for awhile as I have been going out quite a bit lately. The children (Alfred Oscar, Jr., Lillian and Charles Gilbert Lunt) have been quite good lately. I bought them a rake, hoe and spade and they quite enjoy digging with them. Alfred makes such a fuss of his sister if he sees anything he always wants sister to come and see it too. I hope he will always be as thoughtful for his sister.
