1904 (Wednesday) – I took the children (Alfred Oscar, Jr., Lillian and Charles Gilbert Lunt) out to Mrs. Orme’s (Frances Orme) to spend the day. Going out there I lost my purse, it had 30 cents and some stamps. Coming back home we called in Grandma Lunt’s (Priscilla Pitt).

1904 (Tuesday) – My sister Lillian (Lillian May Sperry) and I arose by five o’clock to start ironing. In the evening Della (Emma Della Sperry) and I went down to Grandma Sperry’s (Emily Louisa Miller) for awhile.

1904 ( Monday) – Helped with the washing. Alfred (Alfred Oscar Lunt, Jr.) got the scissors and cut off some of Lillian’s (Lillian Lunt) pretty curls.

1904 (Saturday) – In the evening Mother (Caroline Webb) and I attended a concert given by the Orpheus Company, a traveling troupe of much talent and ability.
