1904 (Monday) – I had Father (Charles Henry Sperry) and Mother (Caroline Webb), Lon (Charles Alonzo Sperry) and Esther (Emily Esther Sperry), Sister Lunt (Priscilla Pitt) and Emma Wood here for supper. Just as we were about to sit down Jane Vickers came here on an errand. We persuaded her to have supper with us. We spent the evening playing Chess Arabia. A little game on the children’s’ crokinole board.
