1904 (Thursday) – While we were eating breakfast Grandfather Sperry (Charles Sperry) and my brother Lon (Charles Alonzo Sperry) came to see us. I didn’t know Lon was in town so it was quite a surprise to me. We were all pleased to see him again, they only stayed a few minutes. In the afternoon, Lon came back again and I had him administer to Bert (Charles Gilbert Lunt). He promised him he would be alright. In the evening, Retta (Retta Sperry) went down to Jennie Teasdale’s. Hazel and Mable Sperry came to see us also Grandma and Grandpa Lunt (Alfred Lunt and Priscilla Pitt).
