1916 (Saturday) – Being the day before Easter. Had a good many lunches to put up. Alfred (Alfred Oscar Lunt, Jr.) worked for Brother Cazier (David Crockett Cazier) all day. Bert (Charles Gilbert Lunt) went with the Boy Scouts on a hike, while the rest of the children (Lillian, Eva Ruth, Della, Earl Sperry and George Arthur Lunt) went off eastering. It’s the M.I.A. contest this afternoon, but I didn’t feel well today. I guess I overdid myself yesterday. My Husband (Alfred Oscar Lunt) came home.
