1945 (Friday) – I went to the Genealogical Office to get Brother Myers to notarize a paper for the payment of our state taxes. I called at the bank and Deseret bookstore. I didn’t try to do any research as the Library was closed from 12 to 2 o’clock because of the funeral of Rufus K. Hardy, one of the seven Presidents of Seventy.
I was quite weary when I reached home. I put 7 family group sheets in the Index Office for checking for Dorothy (Dorothy Snader).
