Attended Brother Bennett’s class. The lesson was on the use of printed records in our research and their value to us. The care we should exercise using them unless they are careful of giving all their courses, especially vital and parish records, wills, deeds, etc.
After class, I worked in the Index Bureau and Archive searching for those who have been working on the Eby records.
Yesterday, Sister Holmes called me on the phone. She had just returned from a visit to McGill, said Eva (Eva Ruth Lunt) looked better to her than when she was down there before, she is doing a little better than holding her own, has to lay on her back and is in a terrible weak state but the doctors do not think she has pin perforations in her bowels, that was a relief to learn.
Esther (Emily Esther Sperry) is leaving today for a trip to California for a visit with Retta (Retta Sperry) and Della (Emma Della Sperry).
