1945 (Tuesday) – Went to the library for a few minutes and then over to the Lion House, where I met Florence Lunt (Sarah Florence McCune) for lunch. Edna (Edna Morris), Frederica, Sister Ockey and Mary Morgan had lunch with us. Afterwards, we went to the Relief Office to see Sister Williams, a former missionary companion to Florence, then we came down home. Florence stayed until after four o’clock. We took her up to state street to catch a car home. I sent a birthday card to Darlene (Darlene Lunt Holman). Sent a letter to Professor Kerr with some information about Arthur (George Arthur Lunt) in answer to a request from him.
