1945 (Sunday) – Attended Teacher Training Class, Sunday School and a Genealogical Committee immediately after Sunday School. My cousin Esther Evans came to our class on Sunday. She was with Mattie Paxman.
Evening – Attended Sacrament Meeting. John B. Matheson was our speaker, he mentioned his son in the armed forces and gave us some excerpts from one of his letters wherein the boy said he felt like God was holding his hand and it gave him comfort and courage.
I wrote to Eva (Eva Ruth Lunt), Earl (Earl Sperry Lunt) and Lillian (Lillian Lunt).
