1945 (Thursday) – This is the day Jean Snader graduates from high school. Would have liked to have been there.
Continued house cleaning upstairs. Father (Alfred Oscar Lunt) finished cleaning the wallpaper. Pert (Porty Lewis Gabbitas), Della (Della Lunt) and the children (Ivy Joan, Gordon Lewis, Larry Lunt, Judith Ann and Ted Lunt Gabbitas) were in and had dinner with us. As they would not get to see me on Sunday, they gave me a beautiful card and a lovely flower vase. It’s very pretty.
I wrote to Dorothy (Dorothy Snader) sending her a copy of her pedigree chart and a diagram showing her relationship to Mrs. Anderson.
