She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Earl Robert Johnson; her daughter, Virginia Ferne Johnson; her step-son, Douglas Alcorn Rowley; her parents: Justus Hyrum Tidwell and Mary Grundvig; and her siblings: Hyrum Leo Tidwell, Delbert Tidwell, Clarence Arnold Tidwell and Golda Irene Tidwell
