1945 (Sunday) – Attended teachers meeting then Sunday School. Gwen Dryer gave a splendid lesson on New York Research. Immediately after Sunday School, we held a Genealogical Meeting.
After dinner, I went up to Uncle Harry’s (Miles Harrison Sperry) to take home Aunt Sarah’s (Sarah Edmunds) Book of Remembrance and the proofs I borrowed from Florence (Florence Sperry), also to give him a Christmas card. He was feeling pretty good. They had company, it was their dinner time, so I remained only a few minutes. Florence was busy wrapping Christmas packages as she had to return to Ogden that evening. I was too late to go to church when I got home.
