1945 (Thursday) – Dad (Alfred Oscar Lunt) took me out to Della’s (Della Lunt), she was able to make another apron for Mary Beth (Mary Elizabeth Lunt), and wrap a pretty pin for Jean (Jean Snader). Dad came for me about four o’clock. Evening at home. I have developed quite a cough during the night. I got up and fixed a mustard plaster for my chest.
