HISTORY OF HANNAH BARROW
IN GRATITUDE:
The writing of this history has been made possible by the great amount of help that I have received from the following people:
Eva Hill, 260 South Placer, Idaho Falls, Idaho. Eva Hill is a great granddaughter of Hannah Barrow and Isaac Nelson. She supplied me with a great deal of valuable information and a picture of Hannah Barrow and her daughter, Sarah Rowley, (copies of this picture can be had by contacting me). Eva Hill also gave me the addresses of Alice B. Lunt and Samuel S. Fife.
Alice Bullock Lunt, 5th South 200 West, Cedar City, Utah, is a granddaughter of Hannah Barrow and Peter Muir Fife, sent me a beautiful history of Hannah Barrow and Peter Muir Fife. A greater part of this history has been taken from the history she wrote.
Samuel S. Fife, St. George, Utah contributed many interesting facts to the history.
I received further help from a great deal of research in the Daughters of Pioneers Library, the Church Historian’s office and from Archibald F. Bennett in Salt Lake City, Utah.
I am indeed grateful to them and to our Father in Heaven for this is another testimony to me that he is indeed blessing me in the writing of these histories, or I would not have been able to have found the ones who could help me so much. Through His help these wonderful facts in this lady’s life have been found and we now know her as a noble pioneer and mother and we are very proud to call her our own.
