1946 (Saturday) – About eleven a.m. Port (Porty Lewis Gabbitas) and Della (Della Lunt) came in and left Teddy (Ted Lunt Gabbitas) with me while they shopped and visited with Port’s sister Ivy (Ivy Rosella Gabbitas). I kept Teddy until after 5:30. He was very good and enjoyed himself all day, but was very glad to see his parents when they came. He sure has a case on his mother since she was away to the hospital for so long.
