1946 (Thursday) – I went up to the library about ten o’clock, worked on some sealing records in the archives for Ethel Wright. I had prepared them on the old sealing sheets a year or two, or longer, ago and held them Della Steed to to take care of the sealings, now they do not use those kinds of sheets. I had to copy them on family group sheets, there were nine couples to be sealed, and six children to be sealed to parents.
At eleven-thirty I went to lunch with Leah (Leah Phelps), Barbara (Barbara Bennett) and Jessie (Jessie Highbee). Spent about two and a half hours in the library searching on the Mansfield and Drake lines.
