1946 (Saturday) – Decided to visit the library for an hour or two and found it closed, with notice each Saturday will be closed until sometime in September. And the office will be open until then, from 8:30 to five, each five days of the week. We received a lovely photo of Dorothy (Dorothy Snader) in her formal, also a picture of her as queen with her group and a picture of the seven queens at the Stake Ball. Dorothy looked beautiful in each picture, especially in the large one alone. I went to Esther’s (Emily Esther Sperry) to see Pearl (Eva Pearl Sperry), Wallace (Wallace Joseph Vickers) and Jayne (Jayne Vanice Vickers), they left soon.
