1946 (Tuesday) – Attended Relief Society Meeting. It was a fifth Tuesday, therefore we did not have a lesson. Bishop Langton came and gave a talk to us, he said had he have had the choice of subject, it would have been different, as his talk was on the evils of smoking, drinking and the drinking of tea and coffee. He didn’t think those present were the ones who needed that instruction, for he didn’t think any would indulge in such.
