1946 (Friday) – Was busy around home most all day, although I had to go to the bank and sell some of our bonds. Earl (Earl Sperry Lunt) took me there, then we shopped and came home. Evening – Earl took Clara Woodbury and me up the Brother Baird’s, there we prepared the ribbons on a maypole and surrounded it with some lovely dolls which Sister Baird had, we left them with her as she was entertaining on Saturday evening.
