1946 (Sunday) – I didn’t go to church today. Just before noon, Alfred (Alfred Oscar Lunt, Jr.) and Mary (Mary Etta George) and myself went out to Della’s (Della Lunt) with, visited with them for over an hour, then we went up to Bert’s (Charles Gilbert Lunt). Agnes (Agnes Coalter Golightly) was much better, but still not too good. Earl (Earl Sperry Lunt) had some sawdust blown in his eye on Saturday, so didn’t feel too good. We visited them for over two hours and then returned home, bringing Earl with us.
