IRA D. LYMAN & ELIZABETH ANN ROWLEY

Norman Stephan, the youngest son of Ralph Rowley of Duchesne, Utah, entered the California Mission on 25 May 1959 and is presently located at 14030 Don Julian Rd., La Puente, California.
Alan Keith, who returned from the South West Indian Mission, was married to Barbara Mecham of Duchesne on 5 June 1959 in Salt Lake Temple, and they are now living in Brigham, Utah.
Cleo Harris, daughter of Ralph and Beth Rowley, is now visiting her parents, she tells is her son Ralph Tanner is now serving with the Armed Forces in Hawaii. He was married 8 May 1959 to Susan Theobolt, who is from Delta, Utah.
Joseph F. Cowan, son of Reed and Sarah Fitswater Cowan, a very close friend and neighbor of Ralph’s family, was killed in an auto accident just east of Duchesne, 11 July 1959. He will be buried at Payson, Utah. Joe and Stephen have been close friends since they were four years old.
Chester reports he and his wife have been doing a bit of traveling since the last paper.
They attended the dedication of the Bridge of Glenn Canyon Dam Site.
Then to the dedication of the Museum at Corinne, Utah and the 90th Anniversary of the driving of the Golden Spike at Promontory Summit. Then to the ground breaking of the Steinaker Dam at Vernal, then to the dedication of the Bridge across the Green River at Flaming Gorge Dam Site and mad a trip to Albuquerque, New Mexico, to see their daughter, Jeannine. Jeannine and family are now spending a few weeks at Duchesne with her parents.
