1946 (Wednesday) – Eva (Eva Ruth Lunt) and George (George Thornton Holman) came in for a few minutes on their way in from Nevada. They are going to stay at Holman’s home. They came again the afternoon and had dinner here.
Later in the evening, they came for me and I went to a wedding reception for George’s brother Bob (Robert Oliver Holman), his wife’s name is Jeannette (Jeannette Adams) (Wilson). I knew very few there, but it was interesting watching relatives greet each other and see how happy they were to be together again. George and Eva brought me home.
