1946 (Wednesday) – Esther (Emily Esther Sperry), Della (Emma Della Sperry) and I went to town, called at the office to obtain a ticket for Della, my they are busy in the railroad office and seen so slow. I imagine we were there over a half hour. We then went to a picture show, it was very nice, a lot of lovely singing and some wonderful piano playing.
Evening – I went down to Esther’s for a little while, Earl (Earl Sperry Lunt) accompanied me there.
