1946 (Tuesday) – Tuesday morning a Mr. Smith came and put on a new valve and cleaned the soot from inside the heater. Father (Alfred Oscar Lunt) and I had to go to the bank to get some papers notarized pertaining to the Nephi property, which is being sold. I went to the post office and other places. It was nearly one o’clock when I got home.
Afternoon – Attended Relief Society. Sister White gave a splendid lesson. After, I returned home, I scrubbed my kitchen floor on my knees. It was some job.
