1947 (Saturday) – I went to town. I had an appointment with Dr. White, but he was not in his office, or at least I couldn’t find him as I supposed he was back again in the Tribune Building and those rooms are not ready for occupation.
It was very cold. I was glad to get back home. Della (Della Lunt) and Port (Porty Lewis Gabbitas) came in for a little while. I received a letter from Lillian (Lillian Lunt) and one from Eva (Eva Ruth Lunt) yesterday.
