1947 (Wednesday) – For the past week we have been having some very cold winds blowing from the west. Today I again went up to the Library. I’m trying to get some records ready for the Temple. I found where the Brockett record did not agree with the record prepared by Mr. Jacobus, so now I have got to try and prove which record is correct. Seems like I’ll never get any ready. It started to snow soon after I returned home and at night the temperatures dropped to five below zero.
