1947 (Wednesday) – I went up to the Library about 9:30 a.m. and worked there until one thirty, then I had to go over to two banks. I decided while I was in town to go to a show. My folks wondered where I was as it was after five o’clock before I got home and my men folks (Alfred Oscar and Earl Sperry Lunt) were hungry.
