1947 (Tuesday) – Had to do some more shopping this morning, called in Edna’s (Edna Viola Nelson) to see her mother (Grace Viola Harper). We visited for about half an hour, then I went to town, called at the Temple to put three names on the prayer list, Agnes (Agnes Coalter Golightly), her daughter Judy (Judith Ann Lunt) and Jean Snader. Jean had some rheumatism in her knee and it was swollen some and painful.
It is a beautiful day today. The sun has been shining all day and the muddy places are drying up.
