1947 (Saturday) – Eva (Eva Ruth Lunt) had to go to the clinic, then she went shopping and to a show. She was a little tired when she got home, but she later made up a double batch of chocolate chip cookies.
About two o’clock I went out to meet Sister Jasson to go visiting on Genealogical work, but she must have forgotten as she didn’t come. I called at Sister Quates, she wasn’t home.
Evening – I went to a party down to Mary Peterson’s. The old group from the Library: Gwen Bryner, Mary Peterson and Elizabeth Jones were hostesses. We had a lovely time.
