1947 (Tuesday) – Port (Porty Lewis Gabbitas), Della (Della Lunt) and two youngest (Judith Ann and Ted Lunt Gabbitas) came in as we were eating breakfast. They wanted the children to stay with me while they went down to Provo. Eva (Eva Ruth Lunt) decided to ride with them as far as Orem. They returned about noon. Eva wasn’t a bit tired. The children were very good, in fact, while I was ironing, I sang a lullaby to Judy and looking at Teddy I found he was almost asleep, so I put him on the couch and finished the song and he was sound asleep.
Afternoon – I went to Teachers Meeting and Relief Meeting.
