1947 (Wednesday) – Eva (Eva Ruth Lunt) came home from the hospital. George (George Thornton Holman) brought her home. She is looking and feeling fine, a little less strong than when she came here last time, but splendid after such a trying operation.
George took me shopping. I surely appreciated it as it tires me out to carry groceries home.
Received a letter from Georgetta (Georgetta Marie Lunt) and am answering it tonight.
