1947 (Wednesday) – Eva (Eva Ruth Lunt) and I took a cab to the Boston Building, from there we walked to the Sybil Hat Shop and bought me a hat. Then up to Payless Drug Store and into Cresses for a sandwich. We then walked to State Street and went to a show, riding home afterwards on the street car. It didn’t tire Eva a bit.
