1947 (Tuesday) – Eva (Eva Ruth Lunt) went to town and to a show. I went to Teacher’s Report Meeting and Relief Meeting, the latter was very interesting as Ilene had some members give something about their pioneer ancestors; and seven sisters, including Esther (Emily Esther Sperry) who had to accompany the others while they sang three old songs. It was very nice.
Georgetta (Georgetta Marie Lunt) and Chuck (Charles Mayhew Astle, Jr.) have been gone all day, they seem to be enjoying themselves very much.
