1947 (Tuesday) – At 1:15, I attended the Teachers Report Meeting at Relief Society and stayed to the later meeting. Ilene Bagley gave the lesson, it related to the 88 section of the Doctrine and Covenants with regards to greater knowledge and the importance of constant learning. 

1947 (Monday) – Busy at home all morning, then I went to the Genealogical Library and worked on the microfilm all afternoon and still I did not finish the record of Wallingford, Connecticut. Evening – Attended a meeting of The Daughters of The Pioneers.

1947 (Sunday) – Attended Sunday School and Fast Meeting, very good. Evening, I went to Meeting. It was Genealogical Evening. A very splendid program, many young people taking part.
