1945 (Wednesday) – My but it has been hot today. Eva (Eva Ruth Lunt) and I ordered a cab to go to town, waited nearly two hours for it, but it didn’t come. Sharon’s (Sharon Alice Holman) sore is coming to a head, so we feel better about it.
