1946 (Sunday) – Attended Sunday School, afterwards attended a genealogical meeting, even though I am no longer a teacher, they do not want to release me from the genealogical work. Sister Smith and I attended Sacrament Meeting, a Brother Evans was the speaker.

1946 (Wednesday) – Remained home all day. Earl (Earl Sperry Lunt) does the shopping for me. Worked for a while in the garden. The tulips we planted last fall are coming up nicely. Earl took me out to Port’s (Porty Lewis Gabbitas). All glad to see Earl.
