1945 (Friday) – Spent the day at Della’s (Della Lunt), found Port (Porty Lewis Gabbitas) sick in bed with the flu. Della is still weak and Chip (Gordon Lewis Gabbitas) is home from school with a cold.

There were a lovely lot of flowers, good services at the mortuary at the mortuary on 7th South between State and Main (Deseret).
