1904 (Thursday) – Brother James Jenkins was buried today. I took the children (Alfred Oscar, Jr., Lillian and Charles Gilbert Lunt) out to Mrs. Orme’s. They enjoyed themselves very much and didn’t want to come home. Della (Emma Della Sperry) and Jennie came out to meet me and walk home with me.
