1947 (Tuesday) – Ironed and went to town. I remained home from Relief Society to be with Eva (Eva Ruth Lunt). It gets kinda lonesome for her to be alone.  Edna’s (Edna Viola Nelson) mother, Grace (Grace Viola Harper), came in for a little while. Edna sent a bottle of grapefruit juice for Eva.

1904 (Friday) – Our 5th Wedding Day. We didn’t celebrate. In the evening Oscar (Alfred Oscar Lunt) stayed home with the children (Alfred Oscar, Jr., Lillian and Charles Gilbert Lunt) while Della (Emma Della Sperry) and I went to the theater. It was called “Way Down East” given by the Home Dramatics.
