1946 (Wednesday) – Dad (Alfred Oscar Lunt) took me out to Della’s (Della Lunt). All were well and Della and the two youngest (Judith Ann and Ted Lunt Gabbitas). I enjoyed the day together.  Evening – I went down to the ward for the pageant practice.

1946 (Tuesday) – Had to go shopping. Afternoon – Attended Relief Society. Ben Bowering gave the lesson, it was on Priesthood. He gave a splendid talk. You could feel the spirit of the Lord present. Afterwards, some fine testimonies were given.

1946 (Sunday) – Attended Sunday School and Fast Meeting. There were about eight babies blessed. Some splendid testimonies borne.  Evening was Relief Society Conference. A splendid program was put over, a little long, but interesting.
