1946 (Saturday) – Was home all day. Besides the housework, I cleaned two doors in the front room and cleaned the three drawers in the closet. My what a job that was as they contained the accumulations of years and I almost filled two bushel baskets of trash to be burned.

1946 (Sunday) – Attended Sunday School. I enjoyed Brother Mangleson’s class, the subject: Apostle John’s book, the fourth Gospel.  Afternoon – I slept and studied.
