Journal: Jeanette Sperry

1896 – Remained home all morning. Afternoon – went to McCune’s to practice my song for mutual. While in town, I met Roscoe Grover, he said they had a letter from May that she arrived there safely and was having a good time. Called at Aunt Sarah Abbott’s (Sarah Elizabeth Sperry), Min (Minnie Lamont Abbott) told me there was going to be choir practice that evening. I attended the practice.
