 1897 (Friday) – I went down to Grandma Sperry’s (Emily Louisa Miller) and then down town. I called at the tithing office and paid my tithing, which was one dollar. I went over to Hyde’s Store and then to the Excelsior, back to Grandma’s and then down home. Evening I wrote to Will Tolley.
