Journal: Jeanette Sperry

1897 (Tuesday) – Home at Grandmother’s (Emily Louisa Miller) all day, evening went to Mutual. Oscar (Alfred Oscar Lunt) walked home with me.

Wednesday evening as I went out the fate, Oscar passed by, he walked up to Burton’s with me, to get a book which he had left there for me “Lucille”, a story in poetry. Later we came back down to Grandmother’s. I slept over with Lillie May Black.
