1904 (Sunday) – It is Fast Day and so testimony bearing. I arose and bore mine. In the afternoon, I took the children (Alfred Oscar, Jr., Lillian and Charles Gilbert) for a walk, we went up to Ada Wood’s, remained there for a little while and then went down to Grandpa Lunt’s (Alfred Lunt). The children enjoyed themselves very much. The baby slept most of the time. He is a sweet little fellow, so full of life and yet such a good baby, he very seldom cries, he is lying now, as I am writing, in bed kicking the covers off as fast as I cover him up and laughing and cooing to me. I wrote a letter to my husband (Alfred Oscar Lunt).
